Oh how I love dressing for spring!! Always such a fun time of year for me because I love feminine pieces that are lightweight and girly (pastels & florals anyone?!). Exactly why dresses are such a fun and wonderful addition to any woman’s wardrobe, especially for spring & summer. Breezy for warm sunny days, but easy enough to pair with a cardigan or sweater if temps are lower. Plus, so much easier to get dressed since all you have to do is slip ’em on! I’m all about convenience here guys. With Easter less than a month away, I though it’d be fun to share a handful of dresses I’ve been crushing hard on. Every single one of these would be perfect for grabbing lunch with a girlfriend, enjoying a picnic out at the park, or dressing up a bit for attending an Easter party!

Oh and in case you are interested, here’s a few unrelated notes about life lately –

I finally got around to seeing Beauty & The Beast today. Holy amazing you guys. Seriously! I never wanted it to end. It seems like a lot of the live action remakes of Disney classics that have been made are only loosely based on the original story. This was the first one that I actually was super impressed with. Followed the animated classic almost to a t! Uhhh it was just so so good. If you haven’t seen it, make sure you do!

I have been listening to the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack on repeat. I am in love.

I’ve been going on regular walks this week for the first time in…longer than I care to admit. I’m trying to take things slower this time around so that I’m more likely to stick with it! Normally I try to do too much too fast and end up quitting right away. Please tell me I’m not the only one!!

What do you guys have planned for this weekend? I’m seeing Cabaret on Broadway with some girlfriends tomorrow in Madison and can’t wait! Other than that, Sunday’s going to be spent laying low 🙂 Happy weekend!
